Job Duck is a virtual staffing company currently hiring virtual administrative assistants. Employees work from their homes and are matched to a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.
The virtual nature of this job requires a motivated, tech-savvy individual with strong written and communication skills. This role is primarily administrative and sometimes it may include customer service support. Employees are granted holidays as per the U.S. holiday calendar, as well as paid annual vacation time (10 days of paid vacation in the 1st year — 5 days after trial and 5 days after six months).
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:
6 months experience in a related field and/or a degree (experience and/or studies);
Proficiency in English;
Excellent attention to detail and superior ability to prioritize;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Proficient in MS Office.
