Human Resources Generalist
Duties
- Coordinating news and information on policy changes, growth opportunities, compensation updates, etc.;
- Keeping up-to-date employee records with hiring, changes in employment status, leaves, or salary raises;
- Following up with candidates regarding their matchmaking process;
- Addressing employee relations concerns, complaints, or other employee issues;
- Reviewing employees’ time tracker, and end-of-day reports;
- Reviewing employees’ payroll reports.
