Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually a law firm.
The Customer Services Coordinator manages the Client Experience after the onboarding phase. They effectively follow up with clients to ensure that client-staffer relationships run smoothly. The coordinator also manages client expectations and addresses any issues through impactful communication. They actively engage in conflict resolution and building client relationships. The coordinator collaborates with various teams to maintain an organized and efficient tracking system for clients’ compliance with the company. They also help execute and achieve team goals and report directly to the client engagement team leader.
Employees are granted holidays as per the U.S. holiday calendar, as well as paid annual vacation time (10 days of paid vacation in the 1st year — 5 days after trial and 5 days after six months).

- Establishing Client relations and maintaining rapport;
- Client communication via email, telephone, and video conferencing tools;
- Participate in First-week follow-up and Handover;
- Monthly Client Happiness Check-ins;
- Participating in Discovery calls;
- Identifying opportunities for clients to add additional company services and staff;
- Encouraging client referrals during feedback sessions;
- Creating tickets for Client issues and requests;
- Ensuring that the database is up to date with communication notes;
- Keeping reports up to date;
- Assisting clients with billing or any other financial queries;
- Submitting requests for new Client deals;
- Keeping the project and task tracker updated;
- Working on projects to meet company and departmental goals.
- An educational background of at least one year;
- At least one year of customer service, or any related work experience;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (B2, C1, or C2);
- Sales Experience is preferred, but not mandatory as a requirement;
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, and CRM;

The schedule is as follows:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am EST/EDT to 5:30 pm EST/EDT.
– Starting pay at $1,030 US Dollars per month;
– Holidays as per the U.S. holiday calendar;
– Paid annual vacation time (10 days of paid vacation in the 1st year 5 days after trial and 5 days after six months);
– Permanent home office.
