– Overseeing project management tools, research, and proposing changes for improvement if needed;

– Reviewing and approving project documentation policies and procedure documentation;

– Managing the performance and reviews of team leaders within the department;

– Overseeing Project Management training;

– Managing and reviewing the department’s Job Descriptions and making hiring recommendations for the department;

– Meeting with the company leadership to provide tactical direction;

– Supporting the department’s director;

– Managing Change Management efforts and ensuring inter-departmental communications are in place, including the creation of standard scoping documents;

– Overseeing project management approach to company-wide projects and assignment of Project Managers;

– Delivering company-wide project skills sharing content;

– Maintaining project management scorecards and providing project management insights;

– Providing support and assistance on issues or concerns of the Process Department team members and escalating concerns to the department director if needed.

– Academic degree in business or in any related field;

– At least 1 year of project management experience;

– Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken);

– Experience in leading or managing a team;

– Keen understanding of project management tools;

– Fluency in project management approaches, including Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban and Six Sigma;

– Ability to take effective decisions and resolve conflicts ;

– Strong organization and multitasking skills;

– Strong verbal and written communication skills;

– Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and good internet speed(at least 30mb/s).
