Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually a law firm.
The Business Process Analyst gathers information on day-to-day operations and presents this information in an understandable, educational, and clarifying way. They are responsible for process mapping and process structure support. While working independently, they generate innovative ideas for Staffer HR content and protocol and collaborate with the full Process Improvement team on company-wide initiatives. The position researches products, services, technology, and concepts, and documents procedures balancing technical clarity with the need for broad comprehension and use.
Employees are granted holidays as per the U.S. holiday calendar, as well as paid annual vacation time (10 days of paid vacation in the 1st year — 5 days after trial and 5 days after six months).

- Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greater reader comprehension;

- Ensure accuracy of Staffer HR process documentation and apply changes in real time;
- Create new policies and procedures in accordance with the company style;
- Maintain goal/scorecard accuracy on behalf of the Staffer HR Division;
- Facilitate all Staffer HR Division meetings and planning sessions;
- Contribute to company-wide process skills sharing.
- Experience as a Business Process Analyst;
- Familiarity with talent acquisition and recruitment;
- Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken);
- High-level verbal and written communication;
- Attention to detail;
- Fluency in talent acquisition terms and recruitment concepts;
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Analytical and conceptual thinking;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Ability to review technical material for consistency and accuracy, and to apply necessary changes;
- Process Improvement;

The schedule is as follows:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am EST/EDT to 5:30 pm EST/EDT.
– Starting pay at $900 US Dollars per month;
– Holidays as per the U.S. holiday calendar;
– Paid annual vacation time (10 days of paid vacation in the 1st year 5 days after trial and 5 days after six months);
– Permanent home office.
