• Handling change requests, projects, explorations, and activations.
• Processing change requests from key stakeholders.
• Evaluating and coordinating impacts on other teams.
• Developing, testing, and deploying the required configuration to meet business requirements.
• Tracking issues, and risks, communicating status, and escalating concerns.
• Managing projects and deployment based on the agreed timeline.

• Assessing training and development needs.
• Creating, organizing, planning, and presenting various forms of orientation and skills training for employees.
• Developing unique training programs to fulfill employees’ specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
• Creating and/or acquiring training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Coordinating third-party training when needed.

Duties

• Coordinating news and information on policy changes, training, growth opportunities, compensation updates, etc.
• Keep up-to-date employee records with hiring, changes in employment status, leaves, or salary raises. 
• Following up with candidates regarding their matchmaking process.
• Addressing employee relations concerns, complaints, or other employee issues.
• Reviewing employees’ time tracker, and end-of-day reports.
• Review employees’ payroll reports.

Duties

• Process accounts receivable transactions: prepare start date invoice, start-up fee invoice, AR credit notes, and ACH and credit card collections.
• Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.
