We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Ana from Honduras. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants from all over the world to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Ana, who works remotely from Honduras. Ana found out about Job Duck through Facebook, and confessed she was a big fan of the Weekly Tea section before she decided to apply. Ana became the virtual administrative assistant of a U.S.-based firm after successfully completing her application process.
Some of her daily tasks include making appointments, creating reports, and answering phone calls from the clients of the firm, and also from new leads.Ana described her work experience and her professional relationship with her boss as positive and healthy.

During the interview, Ana shared what she believes are the most important attributes a candidate must have if they want to apply for the administrative assistant position.
“You need to be very organized and multitask. Multitasking is what you should prioritize.” – Ana from Honduras
Right before the interview finished, Ana took the time to share some last tips and words of encouragement for the people who are interested in applying for any of the available positions.
“Read everything. It’s a very good process. They (Job Duck) are really quick, it’s amazing. I’m pretty sure you’re gonna love the job. It’s a very good environment.” – Ana from Honduras
