We are excited to share with you our brand-new Weekly Tea with Asther from the Philippines. In this section, we like to invite our virtual assistants from all around the world to share with us how their experience working from home with Job Duck has been so far.
In this episode Valery interviews Asther, who works from his home in the Philippines, as the Finance director. He has been working for The Job Duck’s team for almost two years now. Asther shared with Valery some insights and daily tasks as part of the Finance team. He essentially deals with bookkeeping, financial reports, but most importantly, he checks up on his team members to make sure they can receive help if they found themselves with questions or under any challenge.
Asther remarked that working with Job Duck is his first time working from home. He said he actually loves it!
“My favorite part is that I don’t need to commute every day. And aside from that, I was actually able to have more time for myself. I can do exercise and walk my dog. I am also able to spend more time with my family and friends, and basically, do whatever I want to do with my spare time.” – Asther from the Philippines
Moments before the interview ended, Asther kindly took the time to say some encouraging last words to the people who are still hesitant on applying for the Job Duck job offers.
