We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Claudia from Mexico. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants from all over the world to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Claudia, who works remotely from Mexico. She found out about Job Duck through a job site. Claudia mentioned that she felt really identified with the job description, so she decided to research more about Job Duck and eventually started her application process.
After successfully completing the application process, Claudia became the virtual administrative assistant of a U.S.-based law firm. Soon she became the office manager’s executive assistant, thanks to her exceptional performance and the growth opportunities Job Duck offers. Some of her daily tasks include managing the firm’s calendar, scheduling meetings, helping with reports, and preparing training materials. Claudia is also responsible for the onboarding of new employees and new clients.
Distance has not been a barrier to work effectiveness, thanks to the great communication strategy that the firm and Claudia implement everyday.
