In this episode, Alina interviews Fernando from Mexico. He is part of Job Duck’s internal team, and he is in charge of interviewing the applicants. Fernando found out about Job Duck through Facebook! It was his first time applying for a job via this social media platform. His experience during the application process was fast! Fernando received a quick response from Job Duck’s team, and he replied fast as well because he was really interested in the job position.
This is Fernando’s second time working from home, and he loves it! He even mentioned that this home-office experience with Job Duck is by far better than his previous job.
