In this episode, we meet Palesa, who works remotely from South Africa. As an interviewer for Job Duck, Palea works as part of the internal team. As part of her daily tasks, Palesa reviews all the profiles sent by the candidates. These profiles include the resume, essay, and English test results of the people in the application process. Then, Palesa proceeds to host virtual job interviews with the candidates that reach the third stage of the application process.
Palea shared how every candidate should strive to match Job Duck’s core values through their abilities and skills shared during the interview.
