In this episode, we meet Ramon. Ramon heard about Job Duck from a friend. His friend was also working with Job Duck and shared with Ramon her positive experience. As a result, Ramon became interested in the company. Gladly, Ramon took a leap of faith and decided to apply. He is currently working as a virtual administrative assistant for a U.S.-based law firm. His daily tasks include moving cases forward and being in charge of medical records.
In general, Ramon had a good experience with the application process. The first three steps of his application went smoothly, Ramon commented. The matchmaking process took longer than Ramon anticipated, so he needed to be patient. When that stage was over, the next steps in the process went faster and smoother again, he assures.
