In this episode, we meet Thai who works from El Salvador remotely. Thai works in Job Duck’s internal Happiness department as a Staffer Happiness Liaison. Her role is being the main point of contact between the virtual assistants and Job Duck. Some of her daily tasks include reaching out to her staffers, coordinating quarterly calls with them, and following up in case they need anything.

During the interview, Alina asked Thai about her perspective on doing home office. Thai took the opportunity to express her joy and relief towards being able to work from home and all the perks that come with it. In her words, it has been an amazing opportunity, and she has made the most of it by spending that extra time with her loved ones.
