We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Victoria from Argentina. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Victoria, who works remotely from Argentina. Job Duck was recommended to Victoria by a friend. Her friend recommended working with Job Duck as an interesting career opportunity while doing home office. Victoria followed the advice and decided to start her application process.
Working as a Virtual Assistant

During the interview, Victoria shared the skills she believes are the most important for being a successful virtual assistant. These skills have personally helped her deliver great results for her daily responsibilities.
“You need to have attention to detail, but also you have to be determined. I’m organized and neat with everything I need to do.” – Victoria from Argentina
Right before the interview finished, Victoria took the time to share some insights about her overall work experience with her boss and her team in the U.S. She described it as a positive experience and a win-win scenario for both parties. Both the client and Victoria are happy with the work experience.
