Furlough FAQs

So you entered our Furlough Period, Got Questions?

What is the furlough period?

We believe that every great person second chance.

That is why we developed the furlough period. In other words, a paid period that happens after the termination of your working relationship with one of our clients. We will arrange a new matchmaking process, update your profile, and set up interviews. 

How does the Furlough Period work?

We will put all of our efforts into getting you a new match. Therefore, we will ask you to be fully present, responsive, and cooperative during the whole process. Furthermore, we will ask you to upload all the documents needed in the time and format requested.

The furlough period takes three matchmaking attempts or lasts up to one month (30 calendar days). You can enter the furlough period twice. Regretfully, we will only pay for 30 calendar days. For instance, this applies if the furlough period has concluded and you remain in the matchmaking process. 

If you resign during the process or are unresponsive for longer than two days, we will terminate the contract (with no pay).

If I don't get a match during the Furlough Period, can I reapply?

If you wish to reapply, contact your staffer liaison who will advise you on what to do according to your professional path.

Why did I enter the furlough period?

We went through all the information regarding the termination of your working relationship (this data includes the reason for termination, countable performance metrics, client feedback, and seniority with the client). In conclusion, we have resolved you are an asset to our company, and we do not want to terminate our contract.

Who would be my point of contact?

Your staffer liaison. Staffer liaisons help furlough staffers during this process and contact them periodically with updates.

How does the Furlough Period work?
