I am Len Aguilera. I’ve worked in the BPO industry for more than 10 years, but this is the first time I ventured into the home-based working environment… and it feels so good.

I have always been a career-oriented person; I thought that my success would have to be determined by clocking-in in an office, having a designated cubicle, jump on meetings and work; I also thought that being a successful professional would require to sacrifice personal life.

I no longer have to wake up very early, get ready for work, spend more than an hour going from home to work and getting back home, waste money on transportation and food, nor I have to work in a company where I do not learn, and I do not feel challenged.  

I’ve been working with a great team for almost a year. You could say we matched instantly. Furthermore, I learn new things every day, I get the chance to be involved as much as I want to in every project, my efforts are recognized, and I will go back to college soon.

When I first saw the advertisement, I thought it might be a scam. 

Working from home with good pay – it sounded too good to be true. After completing the thorough interview process, I started working for an environmental lawyer in California.
