Say NO to Junk Food and YES to Healthy Meals
The list is endless for mouthwatering junk food, but we should learn to say no! According to an article by Boldsky, a higher intake of fatty and sugary foods can slow down the speed of learning, memory, and attention.
A typical day usually consists of consuming three meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We should remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it boosts your energy levels and alertness. Overall, we should choose healthy meals with more protein and fiber, with less sugar and calories. Choose a great meal and eat your way into a world of healthiness!
Drink Water and Stay Hydrated
Drink water regularly to stay healthy and prevent dehydration. Dehydration can cause unclear thinking and mood changes. Furthermore, it can cause your body to overheat and make your skin look dry and wrinkled.
Water is vital for all known forms of life!
Water is your body’s principal chemical component and makes up about 50% to 70% of your body weight. So, how much water should you drink each day? We recommend at least eight glasses of water!
Get Enough Good Sleep
As a virtual assistant, it’s essential to get enough good sleep. Good sleep improves problem-solving skills and enhances memory performance. More importantly, low sleep quality may increase your risk of developing heart disease.
It’s important to get enough sleep, especially after a very productive day at your home office.
A good night’s rest will allow your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and ready to take on your daily tasks! We recommend at least seven to eight hours of sleep each night. So, get your beauty sleep in and conquer all obstacles in your way!
Exercise Regularly
There are many benefits of doing exercise. From preventing health problems to stress reduction, the list goes on and on. The second best thing about doing exercises is that it’s completely free- just like applying to Job Duck.
The three main types of exercise are cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching.
You can do a lot of exercises from home, including push-ups, Yoga, burpees, and long walks with your dog! I hope I motivated someone today. Go out there and enjoy your exercises. The world is yours!

We all know how busy the world is, and sometimes it’s overwhelming to keep up. We tend to keep everyone around us happy and forget to spend some time with ourselves.
It’s really important to set aside a few hours each week to do something you enjoy.
Read your favorite book, dance to your favorite songs, or laugh at a funny movie until your stomach hurts. It’s your time, and nobody can take that away from you!
