In this episode, we meet Brenda, who works remotely from Mexico. She found out about Job Duck through Facebook. After researching Job Duck, Brenda decided to apply for the marketing assistant position, as she holds a Marketing degree and previous professional experience related to the same field.
Working as a Virtual Assistant
After successfully completing the application process, she became the virtual marketing assistant of a law firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. Brenda was glad to share that she’s been having a great experience working remotely with her team in the U.S.

As a Marketing Assistant, Brenda is in charge of designing content and editing videos for social media. Other daily tasks include reviewing the website’s performance and creating landing pages that are needed for the website. Some of the softwares Brenda uses for her activities include Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Buffer, Restream, and WordPress.
In regards to the opportunity of doing home office, Brenda assured she’s been able to reach a work-life balance. One of the benefits of working from home is being able to spend more time with your family. Brenda has been able to be present and share quality time with her 2-year-old toddler while she also grows professionally and has a stable income.
