We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Gabriel from Argentina. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.

In this episode, we meet Gabriel, who works remotely from Argentina. Before he got hired, Gabriel was interested in a remote job. When he saw Job Duck’s ad, he immediately decided to apply. During the application process, Gabriel felt very supported by his guide. He gave excellent feedback about every person he had contact with throughout the process.

Working as a Virtual Assistant

After completing the application process successfully, Gabriel became a Virtual Client Coordinator for a U.S.-based law firm. His main task is to be in charge of the screening process whenever there’s a potential new client. Some of the related tasks include filing out intake forms and making calls. Gabriel also follows up with the clients to solve their doubts and request feedback. He plays a crucial role before, during, and after clients of the US-based firm he works with are screened.

As for his overall work experience, Gabriel is convinced he works with a great team. He mentioned that his team in the U.S. has been patient and supportive of his learning curve.

“The experience has been amazing. I couldn’t ask for more, actually. The whole team is really warm. I feel really welcome. They give me enough space for the learning curve. I started knowing nothing about the position, and eventually, now I’m dealing with a lot of things, but that was very gradual. I never felt overwhelmed.” – Gabriel from Argentina.
