Meet Jonathan
Jonathan, a legal assistant from South Africa, has been working with one of our clients in the U.S. for nearly two years. His experience working with the law firm has been nothing but spectacular. When he first joined the company, he easily fit in due to the friendly demeanor of his colleagues.
Moreover, Jonathan praised the dedication of his fellow staff members, the support staff at Job Duck, and the people he works with at the law firm. He explained that the environment has been very constructive, respectful, understanding, and encouraging.

Responsibilities
Jonathan’s tasks include answering and directing incoming calls, forwarding messages, and communicating with potential clients. He also assists in drafting medical records and billing requests, fee agreements, court filings, demand letters, and whatever else is required to assist the paralegal and the attorneys in getting the best results possible.
A Healthy Work-Life Balance
According to Jonathan, he has achieved a healthy work-life balance. He stated that his time is his time, and work time is work time. To cap it off, he mentioned that this structure allows for good planning and no confusion.
