Sharing is caring!

You may have applied with us before, but you probably have questions now that you’ve noticed our application process has changed. Or maybe you’re exploring our roles for the very first time and want to ensure you submit your application correctly.
Either way, this blog breaks down each step of the new process that’s got everyone talking. Spoiler alert: it is simpler, faster, and specifically designed to put you in control. Enjoy the read!
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Did you know that every open position on our Career Site is now tied directly to a live US employer request? As a result, your application could be the very one that fills an immediate need!
To get started, you’ll need to click the “Apply Now” button at the top right of our website. Browse the available positions and select one that matches your skills and experience.
Next, click “Apply” for the role you’ve chosen. Create an account to begin the application process. Once logged in, complete the required steps and then click “Submit Now.”
Step 2: The Initial Interview
If you pass the first stage, you will receive an email from our team with a link to register for your initial interview. This step is simple and requires only your last name, email address, and a password. Please make sure you register using the same email address you used for your application.
After registering, you’ll receive another email with a link to record your initial interview. For best results, we recommend completing this within 24 hours to avoid delays in your application. Rest assured, the interview only takes about five to ten minutes.
Here’s some advice:
- Please read and follow the instructions carefully before recording the initial interview.
- Test your camera and microphone beforehand.
- Keep both on during the interview.
- Dress to impress and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Stay calm, answer honestly, and make the most of the interview!
Step 3: Screening Conversation
If your application moves forward, we’ll invite you to a Screening Conversation. This may be a short video call, phone call, WhatsApp, or email. The purpose is to verify that your information matches what the employer is looking for, while also discussing your background, expectations, and next steps. Because of this, we use various tools to gather information so we can move you quickly through the process.
Step 4: Upload Necessary Documents
After a successful screening, you’ll receive emails notifying you of tasks to complete. You’ll need to log in to our Career Site and go to the Candidate Home tab. There, you’ll need to upload your ID, references, and any other required documents.
Although this step is quite simple, you may want to take some time to follow the instructions and double-check the files you submit.
Step 5: US Employer Interview
Once your documents are submitted and verified, we will request a background check and confirm your interview with the US employer.
This is your moment to shine. As with the initial interview:
- Test your camera and microphone beforehand.
- Dress professionally.
- Show up on time.
During this interview, you may receive questions about the position you applied for and why you believe you’re the best candidate. Therefore, answer truthfully, be yourself, and give it your best effort.
Step 6: Time to Celebrate
If the employer decides to hire you, our team will send you the Employment Agreement Package to review and sign. Once signed, we’ll guide you through the onboarding. Welcome to the team!
If the employer does not move forward with your application, do not be discouraged. You can apply for other opportunities on our Career Site. Remember to select a role that best matches your skills and experience.
The estimated timeframe for candidates is around 14 days. However, please note that this is only an estimate. The actual time may vary depending on factors such as candidate responsiveness, the speed at which documentation is provided, and the employer’s own timeline.
Conclusion
As we conclude, please note that during the application, we’ll invite you to register for our Training Program.
The courses are optional, but they offer valuable insights into remote work and can help you strengthen skills in areas where you may need more experience.
The truth is that these updates put you first. Our application process is now simpler, faster, and gives you more control.
