The Beginning…
Hi everyone! I am happy to share a little bit about my journey in our “Beyond the Desk” section. My adventure with Job Duck began last August while I was still finishing my college degree. I started as an administrative assistant. After a few months, I was offered an internal role as an Interviewer—a role I love!
Before Job Duck, I worked in toxic environments. Lunch breaks and days off were rarely respected. Even a trip to the restroom needed permission. Job Duck was a breath of fresh air. It felt almost strange when my phone didn’t ring on my days off, and I could finally enjoy my lunch in peace.
But I quickly realized that this is what work-life balance should be like. Therefore, rest assured, you won’t face any work exploitation here! And if you ever find yourself in tough situations, just remember—develop your resilience and never let anything stop you from delivering great quality work.
Where I Am Now
You might be wondering where I am now… Just two weeks ago, I turned in my thesis—a huge milestone! I’ll finally receive my degree in Business Administration this November. With my classes, extra consulting projects, and certifications completed, I now have more time to breathe and enjoy life. But let me tell you—I wouldn’t have managed to juggle all those tasks without our flexible work schedule.

A Little About Me…
I’m an introvert but love diving into a good self-help book that I can put into practice. I love watching inspiring TED Talks, spending quality time with my family, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
I’d say creativity is my greatest gift. I’m passionate about fashion, fascinated by science, hooked on K-Dramas, and a die-hard anime fan.
Looking Ahead
In the short term, I hope to keep growing in the company and get the opportunity to apply the knowledge I’ve gained. Fortunately, our work environment promotes growth and welcomes individuals who love to dream big.
Just remember—you can achieve anything you desire as long as you’re willing to put in the effort and work smart.
