Mainly, it is due to mismatches with our current employers’ criteria. Another possibility could be that the job opening was closed. Nevertheless, you might be a good fit for future job openings with different employers. Consequently, we will keep your resume on file in case another opportunity arises.
For our virtual jobs, it is essential to have good internet and a reliable PC or laptop. For this reason, we have set the following minimum requirements:
At least 5 MB upload speed and 10 MB download Internet speed.
Computer Specifications: i5 Core Processor (or the equivalent), 8 GB RAM, SSD Storage.
You can reapply. However, you may only reapply twice per year. To reapply, you must use a different email address than the one we have in our database. The reason for this is for us to identify the new application and restart your process. Otherwise, you would only update the previous application, and our recruiting team won’t get the notification.
If your process stops after the interview, you can’t reapply anymore. We cannot make exceptions since this is the way the process is stipulated. It allows us to be unbiased and fair to every candidate that applies. If this is your case, we are very sorry. As much as we would like to hire everyone, it isn’t possible.
