We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Andrea from Honduras. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants from all over the world to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Andrea. She discovered Job Duck through LinkedIn while looking for an excellent job. When asked about her experience as a candidate during the application process, she shared only positive feedback.
“It was great! I immediately got contacted by my guide. Everything just went on really fast. I just went through my application process for like a month, and then I was hired. It was really fast and fun.” – Andrea from Honduras.
Andrea is currently part of Job Duck’s internal team as nothing less than a super guide! As you might already know, the guides team is dedicated to helping our applicants through their application process. Andrea and her team will “guide” every candidate all the way through. Some of her activities as a guide include giving updates, answering questions and concerns, and sharing some fantastic tips!

Andrea mentioned that her favorite part about working from home is reaching a work-life balance. She ensures that, with Job Duck, she has more time to do the things she loves. Also, Andrea gets the chance to spend more time with her family and friends after work.
Andrea was kind enough to share a few last tips with all the applicants out there who will start (or have already started) their application process.
“Stay motivated throughout the application process and be patient. We have a lot of applications coming through, but we will always make sure to update and inform you on how your application process is going.
