In this episode, we meet Frank, who works remotely from Colombia. Frank found out about Job Duck through LinkedIn. He started his application process with Job Duck right after reading the virtual marketing assistant job description. During the interview, Frank was kind enough to share his best advice to be successful in the application process.
“You must demonstrate your skills to show that you fit perfectly with certain requirements, and then just follow the instructions.” – Frank from Colombia
Frank became a virtual marketing assistant for a U.S.-based law firm after successfully completing the application process. A few of his daily duties include search engine optimization, social media management, and helping with brand management.
Frank described his overall work experience with the U.S.-based team as very positive, and he expressed feeling supported by his coworkers despite the geographical distance.

Toward the end of the interview, Frank opened up about what he enjoyed most about his home-based career. His assurances are that he really loves being able to work from home.
“I like it a lot! What I like the most is that I have more time to spend with my family. I can schedule other activities without rushing. That’s most important to me.” – Frank from Colombia
