Meet Micaela
Micaela has been working remotely with one of our clients in the U.S. for over four years. She finds great satisfaction in her role as a Marketing Assistant, where she can live out her talents.
Though her tasks encompass all things marketing-related, Micaela mostly focuses on video-related duties. This includes creating engaging scripts and campaigns that attract audiences.
Working with a U.S.-based company has been nothing but pleasant for Micaela. According to her, the firm ensures that everyone feels welcome, regardless of their distance.
The team has a strong bond and greatly cares about each other. Moreover, as a remote worker from Argentina, Micaela learns a lot about other cultures, which is something she values and gets to share with her friends and family.
“I’m amazed that I get to work from home and be able to manage my workload and also have a good work-life balance. It kind of feels like being in two places at once, in a good way.” – Micaela

For instance, she can sometimes set up lunch dates with her family and quickly return to work since her computer is always nearby.
