We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Pamela from Mexico. In this segment, we invite our virtual assistants from all around the world to share their experience of working from home with Job Duck so far.
In this episode, we meet Pamela. One of Pamela’s friends sent her the Job Duck LinkedIn job ad, as she was nervous about not being hired again by the company she was working with at the moment. Pamela applied, and a few days later, she received an email with instructions regarding the application process, which she assured was very fast.
“The application process might seem “tedious” for some, but the thing is that we want to make sure that we get the best people in the team. Make sure you read all the instructions.” – Pamela from Mexico
Pamela’s favorite thing about working from home does not have to commute. She used to spend an hour and a half commuting to her previous job site and at the same time to get back home. That’s 3 hours a day, lost! Fortunately, now that Pamela is working with Job Duck, she can use that time to do things she enjoys or spend time with her loved ones.
“It stresses you less to be in a home office, in my opinion.” – Pamela from Mexico
Pamela took the last moments of the interview to encourage the viewers to apply to Job Duck positions. She also provided some nice tips for the application process!
“Read all the instructions that guides give you. That’s very important! Read everything. And, if you decide to join this big and awesome team, it’ll be totally worth it!” – Pamela from Mexico
