We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Pedro from El Salvador. In this segment, we invite virtual assistants to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Pedro, who works remotely from El Salvador. Pedro felt very tied to his previous job, and he wanted to have more time with his loved ones. One of his friends recommended Job Duck, and that’s how his journey began. After doing some research on social media about the company, Pedro decided to start his application process.
“It was pretty smooth and simple. Someone from Job Duck was assigned to me and started guiding me through the whole process. This person gave me insights on how the interview was going to be, the tests’ details, etc. It was awesome!” – Pedro from El Salvador
Working as a VA.
After completing the application process, Pedro began helping the paralegal department of a U.S.-based law firm that handles immigration cases. He is in charge of gathering information from the clients of the firm. Pedro’s position requires a high level of attention to detail and responsibility. Pedro is happy to be considered for such an important role. He feels good that his boss and the team have the confidence in him to handle that role.
“Even though it’s a new experience for me because it’s not part of my background, the firm has been awesome. They’re guiding me on everything.” – Pedro from El Salvador
In his final remarks, Pedro encouraged people to apply for Job Duck’s positions. At the same time, he took the opportunity to mention some last words of encouragement for the candidates who are still hesitant to apply.
“Apply to Job Duck! It’s an easy process. You will be having the answers pretty soon, and your life will definitely change.” – Pedro from El Salvador
