In this episode, we meet Rolando. He initially applied for the virtual marketing assistant position. Rolando shared that he did not have the experience or marketing background required for said job. Instead, the virtual administrative assistant position was offered to him due to his incredible English skills, attention to detail, and professional qualifications.
Rolando was kind enough to share his positive experience as a candidate during the application process. He emphasized that reading and following instructions at Job Duck is the key to a successful application.

Rolando is working with a U.S.-based law firm specializing in taxes and dealing with the IRS. His daily tasks include attending daily meetings with his boss and coworkers. Additionally, Rolando is charged with following up with clients by answering their questions and providing the requested information.
During the interview, Rolando took the opportunity to share his overall experience working with a U.S.-based law firm with no prior experience with the law.
“I’m not an attorney. I don’t know what they’re referring to most of the time, but I’m learning. That’s really great for me because I like to learn a lot. Everything that I do in the law firm is something that I have never done before, so I’m out of my comfort zone, and that’s exciting!” – Rolando from El Salvador.
