We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Rosa from Honduras. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants from all over the world to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Rosa. She applied for the administrative assistant position. Rosa was very positive about her experience as a candidate during the application process. She assured me it went really fast and that it wasn’t something she had gone through before.

After successfully completing her application process, Rosa became part of a U.S.-based law firm team. Some of her daily tasks include handling incoming and outcoming phone calls and scheduling appointments for her boss. Rose is also responsible for keeping clients up-to-date on their cases so that they know how the firm is handling their cases.
During the interview, Rosa shared her perspective on being able to work from home. She mentioned that one of the things she enjoys the most about working remotely is staying secure, specifically during the Covid situation.
“I have all this time to spend with my loved ones. It’s been really secure, great, and money-saving as well!” – Rosa from Honduras
Rosa confirmed she believes she has reached a work-life balance.
“I have more time for my family and my friends. I can work from anywhere as soon as I have my computer with me and an Internet connection. That’s really flexible and something I can take advantage of.” – Rosa from Honduras
