In this episode, we meet Virginia. She found out about Job Duck through LinkedIn and decided to apply for the virtual administrative assistant position. Virginia was kind enough to share a bit about her experience as a candidate when she applied.

Virginia works remotely for a U.S.-based law firm. Some of her daily tasks as an administrative assistant include inputting data into different systems and creating and managing new files from this data. She is also responsible for contacting clients and scheduling appointments between clients and attorneys, among other tasks.
During the interview, Virginia provided some interesting insights into her experience working for a U.S.-based firm. She emphasized that her team taught her a lot.

Nearing the end of the interview, Virginia mentioned that she has achieved work-life balance with Job Duck, a goal that we want all of our team members to achieve. She explained why she believes she has hit this incredible mindset.
