Meet Deidre
Deidre works remotely as an executive assistant for one of our U.S.-based clients. Her daily tasks at the law firm vary from working on the calendars and pinning emails to allocating the payments into Quickbooks and their software program.
She’s also flexible in doing the time entries and assisting the intake specialist and legal assistant. Moreover, Deidre handles the first interview with all applicants who apply to their firm.
During our exciting conversation, Deidre expressed her gratitude toward the team she works with. According to her, the team encourages growth and wants the best for each other. That’s what we call a healthy work environment!

When we discussed matters outside of work, Deidre mentioned how she saves a lot of money since she doesn’t have to commute. She also touched base on the fact that she doesn’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn and waste precious hours sitting stuck in traffic.
Moreover, since Deidre works remotely, she doesn’t have to stress about matters at home. She knows that her children and pets are safe. According to her, she wouldn’t exchange this career for any other.
