Let’s take a closer look at some of the job fairs we’ve attended in 2024:
Anahuac
We had the honor of participating in the Anahuac job fair in April and September. This event was held both virtually and in person. The in-person sessions took place at two separate locations in Mexico City—on both the north and south campuses.
EGADE Business School
This event aimed at soon-to-be graduates and graduates from higher education programs, including master’s and PhD students took place on May 21st and 22nd in Monterrey, Mexico. Our Marketing and Talent Acquisition Directors attended. Overall, they had a great time with potential candidates.
UPB
On April 23rd, we attended our first job fair in Colombia, held in Bucaramanga. The event was aimed at recent graduates and soon-to-be graduates.
Jobapalooza
So far, in January, May, and September, we’ve organized three internal job fairs. During these events, we showcased our job opportunities, company culture, and milestones. Participants joined from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Peru, and South Africa. Unlike many job fairs, everyone who registers is eligible to attend.
UCA
August, September, and October saw us spreading our wings to UCA—one of the most popular universities in Argentina. The job fair took place across three different provinces (Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos, and Mendoza.) It was an incredible experience for both candidates and team members.
