Meet Rowaida
Rowaida, from South Africa, works remotely as an intake specialist with one of our U.S. employers. Her daily tasks include reviewing legal records and billing statements from various medical providers.
During the Weekly Tea interview, Rowaida explained that she carefully analyzes each document before uploading it to the case file.
“Once everything is in order, I complete the upload. If any documents are missing, I follow up directly with the relevant facility to make sure the case file stays complete and accurate.”
What’s It Like Working with Job Duck?
Through her role at Job Duck, Rowaida has developed strong skills and gained valuable knowledge. She further mentioned, “The work has been educational and quite different from what I was used to before.”
Moreover, Rowaida enjoys contributing to the team and is aware that her work adds value. For us, we’re firm believers that teamwork makes the dream work. It’s safe to say that Rowaida and her team are knocking their tasks out of the park!
How’s the Work-Life Balance?
While Rowaida excels in her career, we wanted to learn more about her life outside of work. Does she even have a work-life balance? According to her, she absolutely does!
“I really appreciate the flexibility and financial security that Job Duck offers. I now have more time for my family and friends, and I can focus more on my hobbies.”
She closed by adding that the time zone difference allows for a better balance without affecting her work.
Advice for Future Job Duck Applicants
Before we concluded an insightful session with Rowaida, she wanted to share a couple of tips with professionals who may be interested in applying for our career opportunities.
Her advice is to stay confident and focused throughout the application process. She further added that paying attention to detail is important.
Finally, Rowaida shared, “The process has become easier compared to when I applied, which gives new applicants an even better opportunity. It took time when I applied, but it was worth the effort.”
