Working Towards Something Bigger
The concept of remote work dates back as early as the 70s. But even then, who would’ve thought that the idea of leaving the office behind and permanently working from home would grow into what it is today?
As we celebrate our 7th anniversary, it’s almost impossible to describe our excitement knowing that so many professionals believe in building a full-time career from home.
Back in 2018, when our virtual doors opened, we knew the goal wasn’t just to hire international talent and offer a competitive salary. Our mission from the start was to work toward something bigger. We wanted to stand out and offer more.
As a result, we focused on creating opportunities that offer a healthy work environment, work-life balance, growth, and so much more.
What started with just a couple of professionals who dreamed big has grown into a team of over 1,500 incredible people across Latin America and South Africa.
How Did We Get Here?
You may wonder how we got here. The simple answer is through planning, hard work, and a team that dreams big. But since you’re here, let us share a bit more about how we made it happen.
For starters, connecting with people has always been important to us. Over the years, we’ve spread our wings by hosting and attending virtual job fairs, as well as in-person events at universities like Tec de Monterrey (Mexico) and UCA (Argentina), just to name a few.
Furthermore, through our social media platforms and newsletters—with a combined audience of nearly 500,000 and growing—we’re sharing valuable updates, tips, testimonials, and our latest career opportunities.
On top of that, our incredible team is always supportive, ready to listen, answer questions, and offer guidance when needed. We know it’s not always easy to step into the unknown, but we’re here to walk that path with you.
