Meet Christine
As a Billing and Records Specialist working with one of our U.S.-based clients, Christine ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It’s safe to say that her role is key within the company. So, what does her day actually look like?
Interestingly, Christine works across two divisions, but her main responsibility is retrieving all billing and medical records tied to the firm’s active cases. For this role, she needs to stay focused at all times. Here’s why:
Firstly, she’s the go-to person in the Workers’ Compensation division. As a result, she acts as the team leader, handling all information requests for every related case.
As for Personal Injury, Christine manages medical and billing documents for all states, except Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. These tasks demand great attention to detail, and she certainly has that skill.
In addition to her responsibilities, Christine is very proud of her career and finds her role exciting. Let’s give her a round of applause, shall we? She sets a great example with her passion and dedication. You can definitely be proud of yourself, Christine!
