Introducing Job Duck
During Day 1 and Day 2, our hosts introduced the audience to Job Duck. The presentation covered who we are, our milestones, career opportunities, and more. These sessions brought in over 600 unique viewers, with an active audience constantly asking questions about Job Duck.

Step-by-Step Application Tour
The application tour also took place in two sessions during Day 1 and Day 2. These insightful sessions had the audience sitting on the edge of their seats. Our hosts walked them through every step of the application process. The audience took advantage of the opportunity and applied on the spot. Once again, we saw an active audience expressing gratitude to the hosts and mentioning that they had applied.

Resource Breakdown
We closed off Day 1 with a resource breakdown. Our host introduced all our available resources to the audience and demonstrated how to download them for free. Furthermore, we wanted the audience to choose the direction of this session, so we set up a poll allowing them to decide which resources we should break down. Tag Us and Win!
During Jobapalooza, we introduced a giveaway competition. The rules were simple: take a picture of your participation, add it to your Instagram story, and tag us! We had several participants, and at the end of it all, one lucky winner walked away with a $100 USD gift card of their choice!

Finally, we wrapped up the fair with a very special webinar. The team worked extremely hard to gather up-to-date information on what employers are really looking for. Our hosts presented an insightful session, sharing five secrets along with an additional bonus tip.

What We Learned from the Audience
During our job fair, we had audience members from around the world, including participants from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Peru, and South Africa. They all had one thing in common: seeking a better career opportunity.
Our audience emphasized their desire for a better work-life balance, a healthy work environment, being valued, and receiving a competitive salary. Although we deeply understood their frustration—having been in their shoes before—we couldn’t help but feel excited to let them know that there is a solution, and that is Job Duck.
