The milestones we already achieved did not stop there. In April of 2023, Job Duck made more career opportunities available. It’s a big leap for us – we went from having three positions to seven, offering even more exciting roles for you! They range from being a Virtual Executive Assistant to a Virtual Marketing Assistant, covering various skills and interests.

Looking back at our achievements in 2023, Job Duck secured its second consecutive Great Place to Work Certification in May, marking a significant accomplishment in the competitive job market.
The certification, acknowledging our efforts to create a positive work environment, includes employee surveys and a questionnaire. Job Duck’s remarkable scores in employee experience, exceeding the U.S. average, highlight our dedication to prioritizing employee well-being.
Job Duck stands out with an impressive 91% of employees affirming it as a Great Place to Work, well above the typical U.S. company average of 57%.

Making Your Application Easier
The train of endless possibilities didn’t stop with us introducing seven positions. In October of 2023, Job Duck introduced a game-changing software, making the application process smoother than ever.
Now, our candidates are able to track progress, receive job alerts, and enjoy a streamlined experience.
New features include checking application status, managing tasks, setting up job alerts, and auto-filling with your resume. Your “Candidate Home” account, created during application, acts as a hub for easy management.
The process is straightforward—upload your resume, fill in details, and answer specific questions. Review and submit; it’s that simple. These improvements make applying with Job Duck a breeze, giving you more time to focus on landing your dream job.
Expanding Our Reach
In November of 2023, Job Duck introduced seven fantastic career opportunities for candidates living in Brazil. Following that success, a month later, we reopened the Legal Assistant position for individuals based in South Africa. We are incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made and the broader audience we’ve reached.

Throughout 2023, we encountered numerous new faces. From the UCA job fair in Argentina to the ‘Feria de Empleo’ event at Anáhuac in Mexico, Job Duck had the chance to meet many enthusiastic individuals.
We were invited to both virtual job fairs and physical events, traveling to various locations to introduce you to unforgettable career opportunities.
Furthermore, we hosted two of our very own virtual ‘Job Duck Fairs.’ Attendees had the opportunity to join breakout rooms, attend webinars, and stand a chance to win various prizes.
