Flexibility means you are ready for any sudden change or task that comes your way. Regardless of your job description and expectations, circumstances constantly change from day to day. Flexible employees can take on jobs and tasks that may not be directly associated with their experience, making adjustments to complete as needed. These people also tend to learn from their mistakes rather than dwell on them and move forward with confidence.
Collaboration
When someone is a team player, they demonstrate a positive attitude. They learn from others, listen to various points of view and trust their colleagues. And they work well in a team by capitalizing on their strengths and improving their weaknesses. Teamwork is essential in a professional environment because people must collaborate to achieve the company’s objectives. Rarely an employee in a department takes on a complete project without the help of the rest of the team.
