On this Weekly Tea episode, we met with Esther, our Job Duck Hunter. She works remotely from her home in Mexico and is part of Job Duck’s Human Resources department. Esther made some time in her busy schedule to share with Teresa, our Marketing Director, a little about her experience on working from home.

Throughout the interview, Esther was always enthusiastic about her position and its virtual condition. She mentioned that her team is hardworking and that they are always happy to help her. Esther shared how constant and fast communication is always present during her workday.
Some of the aspects Esther values the most about working from home for Job Duck are:
- Having her own space for work and being comfortable in it.
- Taking advantage of her time, which could be lost in traffic if the job was in a non-virtual office.
- The pressure of having someone behind you all the time is non-existent.
As a part of her testimonial, Esther assured that she has reached a work-life balance while being a virtual assistant at the Job Duck. In her own words, she feels that this remote work experience has helped her be more organized and optimize her time.
