On this week’s Weekly Tea episode, we meet Lily. She is one of our marketing assistants who work virtually directly from her home in Mexico. She works for a business based in North Carolina and is dedicated to helping law firms with their marketing strategies. Lily shares with Teresa (Job Duck’s Marketing Director) what has been the experience of working remotely.

Lily tells us that by working for The Job Duck, she has reached a work-life balance. Therefore, it can sometimes feel like it only happens in a dream job. She also expressed that by working from home, she has grown to be more perceptive and reactive. Some of her daily tasks consist of managing and posting on social media (Instagram and Facebook) and editing videos (informative and advertising).
Lily says that even if everything is managed remotely, she feels as if she is next to her co-workers due to the constant online communication, they keep up with. She encourages people to apply for Job Duck’s positions and to stop underestimating the experience of working from home.
