In this episode, Valery interviews Busi, who works from her home in Johannesburg, South Africa, as part of Job Duck’s Marketing team. She mostly handles social media management for the company. You may have seen her on our Live Sessions as the incredible host! This is her first time working fully virtually, and she loves it!

Work-life balance
Busi believes she has reached a work-life balance working with Job Duck. Job Duck’s positions all depend on a certain time zone, so her workday actually starts at 2:30 in the afternoon, and that leaves a lot of free time for her to do the things she enjoys, like going to the gym and spending time with her daughter.
Busi also was kind enough to share her experience during her application process. She discovered Job Duck through a friend referral and took a leap of faith. The next thing she knew, she had an interview. Busi confessed that not everything happened as planned during one of her two interviews, but in the end, everything worked out great!
