In this episode, we meet Carolay. She found out about Job Duck through a Facebook Ad. Carolay read the description carefully, took a leap of faith, and began her application process.

Carolay is the virtual administrative assistant to a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. Some of her daily tasks include taking care of the calls to the firm within the day, classifying leads, and reviewing reports, among other things. Overall, Carolay described a positive work experience.

During the meeting, Carolay took the time to explain how the communication strategy is being handled between her and the rest of the U.S.-based team. Moreover, Carolay discussed her positive experience working from home with Job Duck and all of the benefits that have come from it.
