In this episode, we meet Christian, who works remotely from El Salvador. Christian found out about Job Duck through a friend who was on vacation in El Salvador. This friend recommended a position within Job Duck, leading Christian to explore the opportunity that eventually became an outstanding experience in his career.
As for Christian’s experience as a candidate during the application process, he acknowledged that the process was lengthy but emphasized the company’s commitment to selecting candidates who are truly passionate about their roles.

Working as a Virtual Assistant
After successfully completing the application process, Christian became a Virtual Intake Coordinator of a U.S.-based law firm. Christian detailed his responsibilities, explaining that his role involved managing new client information. His daily tasks include replying to emails, making schedule adjustments, and ensuring that both lawyers and clients are informed about any changes or additional documentation required for cases.
Christian described his interactions with colleagues as positive, highlighting the professionalism and collaboration within the team. Despite being physically distant, the team engaged in frequent virtual meetings, fostering a sense of empathy and teamwork.

One of the most significant aspects Christian emphasized was the cultural impact on his professional growth. He mentioned the cultural exchange and the opportunity to work with people from different parts of the world, which he believes has contributed to his overall development within the law firm.
