In this episode, we meet Fátima, who works remotely from El Salvador. Fatima found out about Job Duck through Facebook. She was looking for a full-time remote job, so Job Duck’s job offers were a great opportunity for her. After reading the job description and making sure she met the requirements, Fátima decided to start her journey and apply. During the interview, Fatima shared how Job Duck’s resources from the website helped her throughout the process.
Working as a Virtual Assistant
After successfully completing the application process, Fatima became the Virtual Assistant of a U.S.-based firm. Some of her daily tasks include editing the firm’s podcast, creating content for social media, and searching for mental health clinics in the U.S., among other things.
Fatima described her overall work experience with her colleagues and boss in the U.S. to be very positive. We were happy when Fatima mentioned that this has been her best professional experience so far.

As part of the interview, Fátima assured she’s been able to reach a work-life balance since she first started working remotely with Job Duck. She shared incredible feedback about how her colleagues and boss respect the determined work schedule, which has let her enjoy her free time to the fullest.
