We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Juanita from Colombia. In this segment, we invite our virtual assistants from all over the world to share their experience of working from home with Job Duck so far.
In this episode, we meet Juanita. She was on the hunt for a bilingual job on LinkedIn, when she found Job Duck’s job offer for the marketing assistant position. Juanita has 3-years of marketing experience, so she decided to start her application process. Long story short, she is part of Job Duck’s marketing team!
When asked about her experience when applying for the marketing assistant position, Juanita assured it was a smooth process.
“It’s quite long, but it’s good because you know that you’re actually going to a good job. I guess I associate long processes with a good job, normally. It was great, I had a great guide. She was there with me the whole way. I feel like you (Job Duck) have a pretty good system set up.” – Juanita from Colombia
Juanita was kind enough to share some of her favorite things about working from home. These things include not having to deal with Bogotá’s traffic and commuting. She also enjoys having extra time to spend with her family and dog. Juanita totally agreed that she has reached a work-life balance.
