In this episode, we meet Julieta, who works remotely from Mexico. During the pandemic, Julieta discovered Job Duck while searching for remote job opportunities due to quarantine regulations. Although she couldn’t apply at that moment due to returning to school, Julieta kept Job Duck in mind as a promising option. A few years later, a video on Job Duck’s social media showcasing a lively work environment became Julieta’s sign to apply.

Working as a Virtual Assistant
After successfully completing the application process, Julieta became a virtual legal assistant in a real estate firm in the U.S. She was kind enough to share a glimpse of her daily tasks. Her main focus lies in client communication, ensuring accessibility for inquiries and concerns. Julieta is in charge of handling administrative tasks such as form preparation, correspondence organization, and client file management.
As for her experience with her boss and coworkers, Julieta feels fortunate to work with a client who has a deep passion for the business, creating a work environment that is fun, relaxed, and contagiously enjoyable.
