In this episode, we meet Laura who works remotely from Colombia. After stumbling across Job Duck through LinkedIn, she decided to apply for the virtual administrative assistant position. According to Laura, she enjoyed her application process with Job Duck.
After completing the application process successfully, Laura started working remotely for a U.S.-based law firm. Among many tasks, she is responsible for scheduling events, supporting the reception of clients and customers, as well as sending emails. One of her main tasks is to handle all the documents digitally, which includes reviewing, organizing, and filing them.
Laura described her overall work experience with the U.S.-based law firm to be extremely positive and insightful. According to Laura, her team in the U.S. is extremely supportive, and the communication strategies implemented have worked well.
