Today we meet Lina. In search of a better job than the one she was currently holding, she heard about Job Duck through a friend. Throughout the application process, she was extremely grateful for advice from her friend and Job Duck’s guides. Lina knew right from the start she wanted a job from home, so Job Duck was a perfect match.

The perks of Working from home
Working from home allows Lina to spend time with her parents while still being productive at work. This is one of the reasons she values being able to work from home so much. According to her, she was looking for a job that allowed her to achieve a work-life balance. Fortunately, she found it at Job Duck.
Lina is currently working as an administrative virtual assistant for a U.S.-based law firm. Since she studied business administration, she chose this position to continue on her career path.

Lina enjoys the work experience with the U.S.-based employer and her colleagues. Among other things, she makes sure that every email is reviewed and dealt with on a daily basis. Lina assures that she maintains great communication with her boss. She described him as an excellent leader from whom she learns a lot every day.
“To find a great boss is kind of difficult, and my boss is very considerate of everything. He makes sure I’m feeling well. He also makes sure that I understand what he’s requiring me to do. He’s great. I’m very happy with this job. I think we should have these kinds of opportunities and great experiences every day.” – Lina from Colombia
