We are excited to share our brand-new Weekly Tea with Lorena from Mexico. In this segment, we invite Job Duck virtual assistants from all over the world to tell us what it’s like to work from home with Job Duck.
In this episode, we meet Lorena. She is a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator in a law firm based in the United States. As part of her daily duties, she creates content for clients. She is also responsible for increasing engagement on social media.
During the interview, Lorena took the opportunity to share her experience of being part of a U.S.- based firm team. She mainly described it as being “different, but really interesting.”
“To be honest, I love my job. The people I work with are excellent people too. The team feels like a second family to me. It’s been great!” – Lorena from Mexico.
Lorena said she has also achieved a work-life balance since working with Job Duck for a U.S.-based firm.
“Working from home has allowed me to balance my life. I can be with my loved ones and sleep in a little more if I need to. It’s been great. I can balance my work life and my personal life pretty well.” – Lorena from Mexico.
Lorena took the time before the interview ended to encourage the viewers and applicants to apply for Job Duck’s open positions.
“I would encourage all people who are thinking about applying to do it. If you think you are a good fit for the job and you’re very detail-oriented, absolutely go for it! It’s worth it!” – Lorena from Mexico.
